Account Termination: Flash Funds may terminate your account for any reason, and you agree that Flash Funds is not liable for such termination. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service ('Terms') or the Flash Funds Privacy Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This means that if a court finds a particular part of the Terms or Privacy Policy unenforceable, the rest of the Terms or Privacy Policy will still be valid.
